PERU, Lima, gold cob 8 escudos, 1722 M. S-L28; Cal-2134; KM-38.2; Fr-7. 26.41 grams. Bold full pillars and cross-castles-lions in rich gold color, near AU grade, but with plugged hole at top of cross and re-engraved around some details (letters and numbers and outer borders), with NGC tag stating NOT ENCAPSULATED / ENGRAVED DEVICES, obviously once worn as a pendant and still a great candidate for same.
